The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has announced the 2012 Multifamily Application Workshop schedule for those wishing to apply for Low-Income House Tax Credits (LIHTC). TDHCA will host a full day workshop in Austin, Texas on Friday, December 2, 2011 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The agency will also host two half day sessions, the first in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and the second in Dallas, Texas on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. All 2012 Application materials will be available on the TDHCA website by Monday, November 28. TDHCA recommends that interested participants should register in advance.
