The Idaho Housing and Finance Association announced that the application period for the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit is now open. Applications will be accepted through 5:00 pm MT on Friday, September 4, 2020. A total of $5,180,000 is available under the following groups:
- 2021 Nonprofit Set-aside: $503,000
- 2021 Preservation Set-aside: $503,000
- 2021 Rural Set-aside: $754,000
- 2021 & Remaining 2020 Non-Targeted Distribution: $3,420,000
Developers of affordable housing interested in applying for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit may contact the Project Financing Dept., Idaho Housing and Finance Association, 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, ID 83702, telephone (208) 331-4777 for access to a newly designed portal system for electronic application submission. Applications will only be accepted electronically. Please mail application fees to the Project Finance Department, P.O. Box 7899, Boise, ID 83707-1899 prior to the application deadline.
