The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) is pleased to announce the release of the final Questions and Answers V.3 to accompany the Transit-Oriented Development Housing Program (TOD) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) released on April 30, 2020. This is the final batch of Questions and Answers compiled from the TOD email inbox through July 22, 2020.
Resolution and certification requirements have been amended for this application. Effective immediately, the TOD program will accept completed drafts of the Land Use Verification, Legal Certification and all resolutions, with no signatures required at time of application. Electronically executed documents must be submitted no later than August 30, 2020. Applications are due July 30, 2020 by 5:00 pm PT.
