The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) has released a reminder about carryover allocations for projects that received an award of housing credits in 2010. Those applicants must submit the following documents by November 4, 2011:

  1. Completed OHFA Carryover Cost Certification forms signed by a representative of the owner and by the accountant or attorney who prepared the forms. The forms must evidence that the “10% test” required by Section 42 of the IRC has been met.
  2. Evidence that the partnership has acquired all property or entered into a long-term leasehold agreement.
