Yesterday, the full House Committee on Appropriations voted along party lines to approve the fiscal year (FY) 2021 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies (T-HUD) bill. A summary of the HUD provisions can be found here. The full committee added the following amendments to the version passed out of the T-HUD subcommittee:
- Price #1 – The manager’s amendment makes technical and noncontroversial changes to the bill and report. The amendment was adopted by voice vote.
- Price #2 – The amendment requires the use of masks and enhanced sanitation measures on airlines, Amtrak and in large transit agencies. The amendment was adopted by voice vote.

The bill now heads to the House floor for consideration.
