NH&RA COVID-19 Member Town Hall: Construction, Development, and Finance

National Housing & Rehabilitation Association hosted this members-only town hall to provide a forum to explore issues our members are facing relating to construction, development and finance during the COVID-19 crisis. Topics included:

• State-of-the-Market on construction and permanent financing for multifamily housing
• Communicating effectively with financing partners during the crisis
• Construction labor force and supply chain update
• The in’s and out’s of forbearance
