The Reznick Group recently launched a New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Interactive Map and Online Mapping Tool which will help potential NMTC program participants determine eligibility of planned or existing projects or business. By simply entering a specific census tract number, participants who use the tool will be able to identify if a project is qualified under the NMTC program, if a project is in a “highly distressed” area, and whether it’s qualified for other CDFI Fund qualifications.
