Applications for Delaware State Housing Authority’s (DSHA) 2020 LIHTC are due at 3:00 pm ET on April 30. DSHA understands that due to the restrictions put in place in response to the COVID-19 emergency, certain requirements of the LIHTC application may not be attainable in the remaining time period. Therefore, only a portion of the LIHTC application must be submitted through an electronic mailbox. Applicants should be prepared to submit the following to DSHA’s community development mailbox comdev@destatehousing.com by Thursday, April 30, at 3:00 pm ET:
- Part I: Essential Project and Applicant Information;
- Part II: Pro Forma;
- Part III: Application Self Scoring Work Sheet; and
- Exhibits:
- Exhibit 1: Organizational Documents;
- Exhibit 2: Resolution (nonprofits only);
- Exhibit 8: Joint Venture Agreement or Consultant Agreement (if applicable);
- Exhibit 16: Site Control Documents; and
- Exhibit 20: Zoning.
A full application (hard copy and thumb drive) will be due to DSHA’s office (18 The Green Dover, DE 19901) on Friday, May 29, at 3:00 pm. The application submitted on May 29 should include those sections submitted separately on April 30, 2020 and should follow the complete instructions in the 2020 LIHTC application and guidelines.
