Comments on Ohio’s Draft 2020 Housing Development Gap Financing Due March 27
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency is soliciting feedback on its draft 2020 Housing Development Gap Financing (HDGF) program guidelines. The HDGF program is geared toward developers seeking to construct or rehabilitate small, multifamily housing developments (including fewer than 25 units) and not seeking Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). Comments on the draft guidelines can be sent to QAP@ohiohome.org and will be accepted through March 27, 2020. The final 2020 HDGF Guidelines will be released no later than April 1, 2020.
