The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has released the Components of Inventory Change (CINCH) and Rental Market Dynamics reports for 2007-2009. Both reports use data collected from the American Housing Survey (AHS).

- The Rental Market Dynamics report examines changes in the rental housing market between 2007 and 2009 with particular emphasis on the affordability of rental housing.
