Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) has made a few minor revisions to its Minimum Design Standards for Multifamily Housing Units. The revised text is highlighted and includes some deletions that have been temporarily left in the document in the interest of transparency. However, KHC will be removing the highlights and strikethroughs in the near future, so developers and contractors may wish to print or save the highlighted version for their reference.
