The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has posted the following documents related to the 2020 competitive nine percent LIHTC cycle:
- The 2020 competitive nine percent LIHTC At-Risk and Regional Funding Estimate has been revised to include a preliminary calculation of the maximum Elderly funding limits required by Texas Gov’t Code Section 2306.6711(h) and 10 TAC Section 11.6(3)(C)(i).
- The 2020 competitive nine percent LIHTC Pre-application Submission Log has been revised and is posted here.
Note that the Internal Revenue Service has not yet released population figures for the 2020 LIHTC Cycle and figures related to the amount of tax credits available included in these documents are subject to change.
