The West Virginia Housing Development Fund (the Fund) will host a 2020 LIHTC Application Workshop on March 24, 2020, at the Holiday Inn & Suites, South Charleston, WV. The registration fee for the Application Workshop is $100 per person for registrations received on or prior to March 3, 2020, and $110 per person for registrations received after that date. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check or money order, and is due with your registration form.
The Fund has secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn & Suites for $107 per night (breakfast included). The cutoff date for making reservations from this block is Monday, March 9, 2020. When making a reservation, please let the reservationist know that you are with the West Virginia Housing Development Fund group block.
