The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division posted the following Multifamily Direct Loan 2020 Notices of Funding Availability (NOFAs) that were recently approved by TDHCA’s Governing Board:
- 2020-1 (Annual) NOFA
- 2020-2 (Special Purpose — 2020 Bond Lottery Applicants) NOFA
- 2020-3 (Special Purpose — Disaster Impacted Area) NOFA
TDHCA has also posted an updated 2019-1 (Annual) NOFA Application Log as well as the first 2020-2 NOFA Application Log. TDHCA staff anticipates posting the first Application Logs for the 2020-1 NOFA and 2020-3 NOFA next month.
