Governor Kate Brown signed the 2019 QAP which incorporates the ability to utilize “Income Averaging”, a new election allowed by the Internal Revenue Service, as a possible minimum set aside election.
From 3:00 – 4:00 pm PT on December 2 Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) will host an open partner call for the Affordable Rental Housing Development and Compliance sections of OHCS. OHCS staff will provide a general update on the activities and planning efforts, followed by open time for questions and answers. During this call OCHS will be provide updates on: Funding Calendar, Rent Increase Policy, use of Tax-Exempt Conduit Bonds with four percent LIHTC, Greater Oregon Housing Accelerator, Loan Guarantee Program and Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing Acquisition.
