The Board of Directors of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) adopted the 2019 LIHTC QAP, pending the Governor’s approval. CHFA will hold a discussion on the 2019 QAP, the LIHTC application process, and new Guidelines on September 25, 2019 from 9:30 – 11:30 am EDT at The Lyceum (227 Lawrence Street Hartford, CT). Discussion will include the availability of Department of Housing subordinate funding in support of this round. Nine percent LIHTC and Department of Housing subordinate funding applications will be due Wednesday, November 6, 2019.
