The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently issued a public notice adjusting the basic statutory mortgage limits for multifamily housing programs for calendar year 2011. The notice announces new mortgage limits for multifamily loans under the Section 207, Section 220, Section 221(d)(3), Section 221(d)(4) and Section 231 programs.
