The Florida Housing Finance Corporation released a revised draft of RFA 2019-115 “Housing Credit Financing for the Preservation of Existing Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments.”
Florida is also postponing the issuance of RFA 2019-116 SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be Used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bonds and Non-Competitive Housing Credits. A workshop will be scheduled for October 8, 2019 at 10:00 am EDT. The workshop will be held at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, 6th Floor Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida. Interested parties may also attend via telephone. An updated tentative timeline for the issuance and associated deadlines will be published soon, along with a workshop agenda, call-in information and an updated draft of the RFA.
