Kentucky Revises Minimum Design Standards for Multifamily Housing Units

Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC)’s Design and Construction Review department has revised the Minimum Design Standards for New Construction, Adaptive Reuse and Rehabilitation of Multifamily Housing Units. These new standards will be effective for multifamily project applications received by KHC after January 1, 2020.

Any revisions to the minimum design requirements are highlighted in yellow. Comments about the draft Minimum Design Standards should be sent to [email protected] by October 15, 2019.
