The Alabama Housing Finance Agency (AHFA) will make the following data available for external users through its Data Management System (DMS) Authority Online System.
Progress Report: The Progress Report Module will replace the current Status Report allowing responsible owners to complete quarterly progress reports online. This enhancement incorporates fillable online documentation with the ability to upload the progress report and project photos. A pdf of the progress report will be automatically generated, saved and associated to the progress report in DMS.
Quarterly Reserves: The Quarterly Reserves Module gives external users the ability to enter and submit the required quarterly reserve data directly into DMS Authority Online system. This will enable AHFA to pull reports and eliminates the need for AHFA staff to separately enter the data into the system.
Financial Reporting: The Financial Reporting Module gives external users the ability to enter and submit the required annual financial data directly into the DMS Authority Online system. This will enable AHFA to pull reports and eliminates the need for AHFA staff to separately enter the data into the system.
Project Costs: The Project Cost Module gives external users the ability to enter and submit changes related to a project’s costs into the DMS Authority Online system. In addition, the Project Cost Module will also be used to submit the costs for the Carryover Allocation ten percent test and the Actual Cost Certification.
