For more than 15 years, NH&RA has convened leading development and finance professionals for our Spring Developers Forum, our annual Western Regional Affordable Housing Conference. The Spring Developers Forum brings together GPs, LPs, Lenders, Attorneys, Accountants, HFAs, and other affordable housing professionals to explore best practices and network.

We invite you to join NH&RA on May 3-4 for two days of timely discussion, market updates, and networking. Now more than ever, it is critical to share strategies and collaborate with other affordable housing professionals to navigate these challenging times.

This year we cannot meet in person. Still, we are committed to continuing to provide an essential forum for our members to explore time-sensitive development and finance strategies and solutions. We have designed a timely program that will delve into critical issues facing affordable housing developers in California and the Western United States as they continue to navigate the ongoing impact of the Coronavirus and the transitioning economy on their development pipelines.
