Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) released a draft 2019 QAP for comment, which includes substantial quantitative updates to the competitive nine percent LIHTC scoring criteria. The draft version also aligns the QAP with Oregon’s Statewide Housing Plan; adopts national best practices; and streamlines project selection and funding processes. Comments can be submitted via an online survey or to [email protected].
