The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) published a preliminary staff draft of the 2020 QAP.
This preliminary draft document was prepared by TDHCA staff and takes into account extensive input over the course of the year. It has not been reviewed with the Board, nor had Board member input. Further revisions and edits will be made in light of both continued staff review and stakeholder input received.
