The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) and the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the Draft State of New Mexico 2019 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The AAP governs the use of HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF).
Two public hearing on the AAP will be held on May 23 at 12:30 pm MDT and June 5 at 5:30 pm MDT at the MFA, 344 4th Street SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Both hearings will be webcast here.
