The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is planning to release results of the 2019 Competitive Housing Tax Credit round as scheduled on May 15. On May 24, OHFA will release the Final Competitive Scoring Workbooks and guidance on scheduling Development Next Steps Meetings and/or Debrief Meetings. Developers and owners who have projects that will be advancing to a final application and have no outstanding obligations with respect to other funding sources administered by OHFA will also receive their Threshold Review and Binding Reservation Agreements.
Binding Reservation Agreements will not be issued if any organization within a development team has failed to provide all documentation required along with any necessary repayments relating to other funding provided by OHFA.
