The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will host a LIHTC compliance training in San Antonio on May 8 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CDT at the Norris Conference Center – San Antonio, 618 NW Loop 410, Ste. 207, San Antonio 78216. Lunch will be provided from noon to 1 pm.
This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff in conjunction with the Texas Apartment Association and will provide information that owners, managers and on-site staff need to know to be in compliance with requirements for the LIHTC program. Register here. Register by April 24 for early bird pricing. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. Substitutions are allowed.
