The Multifamily Finance Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will hold the second planning meeting for the 2020 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) on April 24 from 2-5 pm CST, in the Stephen F. Austin Building, Room 170 – 1700 Congress Avenue.
The meeting will cover 10 TAC Section 11.9(c)(7), Proximity to the Urban Core; 10 TAC Section 11.9(c)(5), Underserved Area; the possible inclusion of a proximity to jobs scoring item; and any other topics that staff may decide to bring to this meeting. The QAP Project Plan is available here.
