The Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority has released its 2011 qualified allocation plan.  The 2011 QAP contains significant changes that promote IHCDA’s four priorities:

  1. Comprehensive Development
  2. Aging In Place
  3. Ending Homelessness
  4. High Performance Building
