NHHFA posts 2020 Application Schedule and 2021-2022 QAP Plan Schedule

The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority (NHHFA) posted the 2020 Application Schedule and 2021-2022 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) Schedule.

Please note that the current QAP, dated April 26, 2018, is in effect for applications submitted in August 2019 for 2020 LIHTCs.

Over the next 12 months, NHHFA will hold multiple public forums to gather input from partners and to present proposed changes for the 2021-2022 QAP. If you’d like to submit comments in writing, please submit them by email to QAP@nhhfa.org or by mail to:
