On Feb. 5 from 1 -2 pm ET, HUD will host a webinar to review new RAD rents for public housing conversions based on final FY 18 Operating Fund and Capital Fund data. HUD will use these rents for any awards issued on or after Jan. 1, 2019 and for current awardees that request to update the rents in their existing Commitment to enter into a Housing Assistance Payments (CHAP).
