Partnership for Sustainable Communities is a nonprofit organization based in San Rafael, CA. It is dedicated to promoting land use reform, including higher density zoning, infill transit-oriented development and the availability of affordable housing near jobs and transit.
PSC was founded by Shashaty in 2009. He was the founding editor and publisher of Affordable Housing Finance magazine.
