The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority made the following changes to the 2019 LIHTC application package:
- updated the 2019 Universal Rental Schedules A-I
- added the Waiver Procedure for Design Requirements document
- added a Certificate of Qualified Professional (CNA) document
- updated the 2019 Tax Credit Application Checklist to include the Waiver and CNA documents.
The changes to the 2019 Universal Rental Schedules A-I opened locked cells to allow for easier use and did not include any substantive changes. Please use the current version of the application for submission. 2019 Intent to Submit letters are due by 5 pm MT on Jan. 23, 2019.
