The 2020 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) roundtable originally scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, at 2 p.m. Austin local time has been rescheduled, as Governor Greg Abbott has proclaimed December 5, 2018, to be an official Day of Mourning in Texas in honor of former President George H.W. Bush.

The roundtable is now scheduled as follows:

Date:  Thursday, December 6, 2018

Time:  1:30 to 4:00 p.m. Austin local time (if the TDHCA Governing Board meeting extends past noon, a revised start time for the roundtable will be announced before the end of the Board meeting)

Location:  Texas Capitol Building, Capitol Extension Room E2.026, 1100 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701

The agenda for this meeting will include discussing proposed topics for the 2020 QAP Roundtables, and the timeline and format for those meetings. TDHCA staff will propose a list of topics and welcomes stakeholder input.

Registration for the meeting is available through Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2020-qap-project-plan-roundtable-tickets-53154592818.
