In preparation for the 2019 Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Application Cycle, the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) Multifamily Finance Division has scheduled an Application Webinar to take place on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, and will begin at 9 a.m. Austin local time. The webinar will highlight changes for the 2019 Cycle, including revisions to the Application and Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), and will provide opportunities for Applicants to pose questions to Multifamily Finance Division staff.
