Yesterday, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency posted the Affordable Housing Funding Application for the 2019 Competitive Housing Tax Credit round. This update incorporates the 2019 Qualified Census Tract and Difficult Development Area data, adds a scoring sheet for the FHAct50 program, addresses revisions contained in the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), and improves usability. The form was available for public comment prior to finalization; OHFA thanks all the partners who submitted feedback. Additional suggestions can be sent to [email protected] to improve future iterations.

Please join OHFA next week, on Wednesday, November 28th at 9:30 AM for a webinar demonstration of the AHFA. Registration for this free session is now open.

OHFA also re-posted the 2019 QAP to fix non-substantive typos in the branded copy.
