ALL homebuyer projects utilizing Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and/or Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) funds must submit their Homebuyer Project Set Up Packet in the new template, which is available on the Housing Contract Administration (HCA) Help Desk. Effective Monday, October 29, 2018, KHC will no longer accept any homebuyer project set up packets using the previous KHC template.
As a reminder, all rehabilitation projects (both homebuyer and owner-occupied) should provide as much scope of work details as possible on the “Rehab Scope” worksheet within the set up (tab #2a). The more detail provided, the easier it is for Kentucky Housing Corporation’s (KHC) Design and Construction Review department to review and approve project scope and costs.
