NH&RA’s 2019 Pre-Conference Symposium on Preservation Strategies will focus on creative approaches to meeting the ever growing need to recapitalize the existing LIHTC and HUD-Assisted portfolio.  The program will explore a multitude of financing strategies and products as well as explore current and prospective policy resources to meet the ever growing need for preservation resources.  The Symposium’s mix of case-studies, transaction-based education and collaborative policy dialogue makes this a can’t miss event for affordable housing developers, financing professionals, Housing Finance Agencies and preservation stakeholders.  Click here to view the Symposium Agenda.
