Gorman & Company is partnering with the City of Phoenix and an array of local community partners to revitalize the Edison-Eastlake Community surrounding St. Luke’s Hospital just east of downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The $30 million HUD Grant, the first ever awarded to a community in Arizona, will leverage $185 Million of additional funding to provide over 1,000 families with new, high-quality, affordable and market-rate housing, along with significant neighborhood improvements.  Gorman was competitively selected by the City of Phoenix to serve as the grant’s Housing Implementation Entity.  Click here to learn more about the FY-2017 CNI Awardees.
