Qualified Opportunity Zone Bootcamp
Learn everything you need to know about the Treasury Department’s newest community development program. This “boot camp” session will provide attendees with an in-depth technical overview of the Qualified Opportunity Zone Program with an emphasis on how the program can be leveraged in real estate and community development transactions. Attendees will learn how the benefits are structured and how the program works from a functional sense. We will explore how the program can be twinned with other community development resources and the many technical and regulatory questions still left to be answered by the Internal Revenue Service.
