Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations must be received in writing by fax to (202) 265-4435 or email to info@housingonline.com. NH&RA’s cancellation policy is as follows:
| Cutoff Date | Fee Assessed |
|---|---|
| 7/22/18 | No cancellation fee before 7/22/2018. |
| 8/22/18 | $150 fee for cancellations between 7/22/2018 through 8/22/2018. |
| 8/23/18 | No refunds from 8/23/18 and onwards. |
Registration Substitution Policy
No fee will be assessed to send a substitute for an event registration. Substitutions may be made by contacting us at (202) 939-1750 or info@housingonline.com.
