The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs’ (“TDHCA”) Asset Management Division has made changes to its current State Service Region Assignments. Please note the following:
– Lee Ann Chance will now be managing Region 7, in addition to her usual Regions 1, 2 and 8;
– Mitch Bowman will now be managing Region 13;
– Rene Ruiz will now be managing Region 10;
– Laura DeBellas will now be managing Region 3;
– Kent Bedell will now be managing Regions 4, 5 and 11;
– Rosalio Banuelos has been promoted to the role of Manager of the Asset Management Division and will no longer have an assigned Region; and
– No changes will occur in the Asset Management portfolios for Lucy Trevino (Region 6) and Dee Patience (Regions 9 and 12).
Staff will work diligently to ensure that there are no interruptions in workflow during this transition. Items that are currently in process will continue to be handled by the same Asset Manager unless you are notified otherwise. New requests will be handled by the Region assignments above unless you are notified otherwise.

The County look up tool and Post Award Activities Manual have also been updated, as well as the individual property profiles in the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (“CMTS”) at: https://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/comp_reporting.htm.
