The Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and the WHEDA Foundation, Inc. announce the availability of grant funds through the 2018 Housing Grant Program competition. Grant funds totaling $513,824 will be awarded to support the development and improvement of housing facilities for low-income persons with special needs. The fund will support two separate housing competitions: emergency/transitional housing category and permanent housing category.
Applications are due June 22, 2018. The maximum individual award available is $25,000. There is no minimum grant award and smaller funding requests are allowed. Grant awards will be announced on or about October 26, 2018.
