Effective immediately, KHC has made the following staffing changes:
- Mary Beth Smith is now the managing director, Tenant Assistance Programs, and will oversee the Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Contract Administration programs.
- Jonathan Coulter is now the managing director, Multifamily Compliance, and will oversee all programmatic compliance requirements.
- Stacie Sutton is now the assistant director, Tenant Assistance Programs, and will continue to oversee the Project-Based Contract Administration.
- Davey King is now policy analyst and will work on policy development, program planning, and special initiatives.
- The Multifamily Programs and Asset Management department will report to General Counsel, Jeremy Ratliff, effective immediately through the end of fiscal year 2019. This organizational chart move will allow Lisa Beran, deputy executive director of Housing Production and Programs, to focus on changes in Tenant Assistance Programs, Housing Choice Voucher, and Multifamily Compliance.
