Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed 2019-2020 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan mandated by Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code for use by Housing Credit agencies in allocating Low Income Housing Tax Credits to the owners of affordable rental housing projects. KHC, as the Housing Credit agency for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, developed the procedures and criteria outlined in the Plan. The hearing will be as follows:

Time: 2-4 p.m. ET
Location: Kentucky Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, KY 40601

At the hearing, all persons will be afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, regarding the proposed 2019-2020 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan. Persons unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments to be received by Wednesday, April 4, 2018, either by mail addressed to Tracy Thurston, KHC, 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 or by email to [email protected].
