Douglas Wilberding has joined the firm’s national loan origination program. In his new role as Senior Originator, Mr. Wilberding will be based in Washington, D.C. and will source, price and structure loans for the firm’s Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
Mr. Wilberding brings over 25 years of experience to his new position at Pembrook and was responsible for acquiring, financing, leveraging, managing and disposing of over $4 billion in all asset classes throughout his career.
