The Ohio Development Services Agency set up a page for online submissions of census tracts to be considered for recommendation to the U.S. Treasury under the Opportunity Zone program created by the recent tax reform legislation. ODSA will take submissions through 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018.
ODSA requests nominators provide their contact information and identify the census tract by number, as well as a brief narrative about economic activity, current or committed, in the tract. If submitting more than one tract, please provide information for each individual tract and prioritize your submissions.
