As previously announced, beginning February 1, 2018, Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) and their development partners will be able to enter Part 50 Environmental Reviews directly into HUD’s on-line environmental system, known as HEROS.
HUD will be hosting a HEROS training on February 1, 2018, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm EST to help PHAs and their development partners navigate the HEROS system. To sign up for the HEROS webinar, click on the link here: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5459302119477648897.
As a reminder, to use the HEROS system, all users must be registered (please allow for up to two weeks to obtain your HEROS access). To register for HEROS, please provide the information in the attached Excel file, HEROS Access Request Form – Part 50 Parners.xlsx. You may use the same form to submit requests for each user in your organization. If your organization is requesting access for more than 5 employees, please add more columns to the request form. E-mail the completed form to resourcedesk@radresource.net with the subject line: HEROS Registration. (Note: it is not necessary to register for HEROS to participate in the training on February 1.)
