Florida Offers SAIL and Housing Credit Financing for Hurricane Relief in Monroe Cnty.

In response to disaster relief efforts in areas of the state deemed to be hardest hit by the 2017 hurricanes, Florida Housing will offer RFA 2018-107 SAIL and Housing Credit Financing for Affordable Housing for Hurricane Recovery in Monroe County.  An RFA workshop will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 N. Bronough Street, 6^th Floor Seltzer Room, Tallahassee, Florida.  The workshop will also be available by phone.

The workshop agenda and call-in information will be posted to the Corporation Website prior to the workshop.

Florida Housing expects to issue RFA 2018-107 on January 18, 2018, with an expected Application Deadline of February 15, 2018.
