The Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA) has released its 2010 low-income housing tax credit program application package, including the 2010 qualified allocation plan (QAP). In 2010 NIFA will have approximately $4.1 million available through two funding rounds, with deadlines on January 29, 2010 (Round I) and April 23, 2010 (Round II). Other documents contained in the application package include:
- LIHTC Application Form;
- Carryover Allocation Procedures Manual;
- Cost Certification Procedures Manual;
- Land Use Restriction Agreement.
