The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has scheduled a series of three public hearings to provide an opportunity for public comment on proposed changes to the 2010 qualified allocation plan (QAP). The QAP sets forth the processes and the criteria to be used in selecting developments to receive tax credits provided by DCA. Public hearings will be held in the following locations on the specified dates:
- November 17 in Atlanta, GA
- November 18 in Columbus, GA
- November 24 in Dublin, GA
